Before practicing with Diane, I had never done yoga. As my very first teacher, I have found that none of my other yoga experiences compare to Diane’s teaching. Every time I do yoga with her, I end my session wholly relaxed and satisfied, with my body feeling great and my mind at ease. I think it’s because she has a way of reading people very well, and she knows how to help you focus your energy and your mind where you need attention most. Diane is an amazing teacher!
