My husband and I have been coming to Peaceful Hills Yoga for one year.. As a cancer patient, I was hopeful that yoga would increase my energy level and muscle strength—and it certainly has, in just a short time! My husband originally came along just to drive me, but has enjoyed benefits such as lower back, hip and posture improvement. The thing we love most are the small classes and the way Diane focuses on each person’s specific needs. Each session is not just a group class where you have to figure out the positions on your own, but more like an individual tutorial session. We come away every time feeling strengthened, lengthened, and stretched. Feels so good! Thanks Diane!
